- Regional Dry Van Solo: Fixed rate of 65 CPM. Weekly pay range: $1170-$1625.
- OTR Dry Van Solo: 60–70 CPM (includes base pay and bonuses). Weekly pay range: $1320-$2100.
- OTR Dry Van Team: 77–82 CPM (split, includes base pay and bonuses). Weekly pay range: $3200-$4500 (split).
- OTR Flatbed Solo: 65–70 CPM (includes base pay and bonuses). Weekly pay range: $1430-$2100.
- OTR Flatbed Team: 77–81 CPM (split, includes base pay and bonuses). Weekly pay range: $3300-$4600 (split).
- OTR Hazmat/Doubles Solo: 60–74 CPM (includes base pay, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses). Weekly pay range: $1320-$2220.
- OTR Hazmat/Doubles Team: 77–86 CPM (split, includes base pay, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses). Weekly pay range: $3400-$4700 (split).
- Owner Operator Regional: weekly pay range: $3500-$5200.
- Owner Operator OTR: weekly pay range: $3500-$5200.
- Lease Purchase Dry Van: weekly pay range: $3500-$5200.

Regional Dry Van Solo:
- Fixed rate of 65 CPM.
OTR Dry Van Solo:
- Base rate: 60 CPM.
- Safety/Productivity Bonus: additional 8-10 CPM if qualifications are met.
OTR Dry Van Team:
- Base rate: 77 CPM (split between team members).
- Safety/Productivity Bonus: additional 5 CPM if qualifications are met.
OTR Flatbed Solo:
- Base rate: 65 CPM.
- Safety/Productivity Bonus: additional 5 CPM if qualifications are met.
- Per-load pay: $30 per load transported (e.g., $90 for 3 loads per week).
OTR Flatbed Team:
- Base rate: 77 CPM (split between team members).
- Safety/Productivity Bonus: additional 4 CPM (split) if qualifications are met.
- Per-load pay: $20 per load per driver.
OTR Hazmat/Doubles Solo:
- Base rate: 60 CPM.
- Additional 4 CPM when hauling hazmat and/or doubles.

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100.
- Referral Bonus: $2000.
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only).
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop ($25 per driver if part of a team, company drivers only HMD and Benefit).
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours ($7.50 per driver if part of a team, company drivers only) 75% paid to OO/LP drivers.
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours ($50 per driver if part of a team).
- Orientation Pay: $150.

Payments are made weekly via direct deposit every Friday. This covers loads delivered from Sunday to Saturday of the previous week.

Regional Dry Van Solo: 5 nights out, 2 nights home.
OTR Positions based on location:
- 2 weeks out, 2 nights home.
- 3 weeks out, 3 nights home.
- 4 weeks out, 4 nights home.

Truck and Equipment Details:
- Transmission: Automatic or manual, with a maximum speed of 70 mph.
- Truck Year and Make: 2020–2024 Peterbilt 567 and 579, 2023–2024 International, 2021 Freightliner Cascadia.
- Trailers: 53ft dry vans, 2017 or newer.
- 2024 48ft spread axle flatbeds.
